What is the turn-around time?

Most materials are turned-around within 24-hours. Videos and nuanced materials may take up to 48-72-hours.

How are pictures delivered?

Media is shared through Dropbox. Google Drive upon request.

How/ When do I pay?

Payment is due on the date of the photoshoot or by invoice upon request. Venmo, Zelle, Check or Cash preferred.

What format are pictures sent in?

Web/MLS-Compliant. Large format (Print advertising) available upon request.

Do you stage the house?

We do light staging to frame out a shot, but generally shoot the property "as-is".  Professional staging is recommended. Please feel free to download our complimentary "Pre-Photoshoot Staging Checklist"

Does anyone need to be there for the Photoshoot?

No, as long we are able to gain access to the property, the job will get done.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations within 24-hours are subject to cancellation fees​

• <24-hours cancellation - $25 fee

• Day-of cancellation - $50 fee

• ​At appt. cancellation - $75 fee

How far will you travel?

As far as you need us! The first 20-miles are included then $25 for each subsequent 10-miles
